otcsuperstore.comReviews of otcsuperstore.com

One of the worst companies ever. Claimed they shipped the item purchased, USPS tracking shows it was never received by the PO even though there is a tracking number. Calling is a waste of time as no one ever answers or calls back. Emails are unanswered. Finally made claim on credit card used. Horrible experience.

This company is the worst. I placed an order over 2 months ago and never received it or heard anything about it, even though I called numerous times and emailed numerous times to find out what happened. I would never recommend them.

Not actually shipped and no reply to email

I received a small order ($5.98 + shipping) in an open unsealed and empty envelope. Whoever packed it forgot to remove the plastic sealing strip. I have been calling and emailing for over a week with no response. Do business with these people at your own risk. Franklin Kavaler Order #109856

BEWARE! No customer service!! Received items from Order #102259 that were not described on website. Tried to notify them about returning it via emails and voicemails, but no reply. On the website they don't even tell you about the amount for return shipping. I shouldn't have to pay return shipping since I did not receive what was advertised. So frustrating. I would not recommend this store.

It took them 12 days to cancel my order. They did two different cancellation and I only noticed the first one so I thought I was at least getting part of my order which caused me to run out of a supplement that I need. Twelve days to process an order is too long!
