Clear and detailed pre-sales feedback, quick shipping, polished product.

Shipping was fast and the product is amazing. Well built piece of hardware.

Seriously the best support experience I have ever had. I had a small issue and they walked me through way more than I expected someone to help with to get me where I needed to be, they were friendly and incredibly helpful all along they way. A+

The vendor shipped quickly, and the item arrived well packaged and secured with several layers of wrapping. The package was exactly as described. They were even kind enough to support a follow-up question I had regarding configuration which was extra appreciated. I'd absolutely recommend them for the future.

Delivery was as expected and they delivered a solid prodduct.

This is next level. Surprisingly easy to set up—I didn't need instructions. The software connected seamlessly and worked automagically—no complicated configuration needed. 5 stars!

My product was damaged in shipping. Not only did they help me resolve the issue on my own, but they also offered to reship the package to their factory, repair it, and ship back to me at no cost. S tier customer service, with a great team who truly care about their community.
