If that’s re customer service, I couldn’t ask for more. Awesome. 👏🏻 The product is my issue. It’s just not strong enough for the sand that’s in my area. Look fwd to trying the newer model. Neither of us can help it’s international shipping and a crazy amount of money to return it!!
