The fact that you cannot call anybody after you wanted to cancel your order is a travesty, you can only email these people, and I was supposed to get a rear view camera with this offer and I didn't see it on there.So I want to cancel my order... Any company that doesn't have a customer service phone number is not a good company in my book...

Not sure why an ad to get the rear view camera at a discounted price popped up when it is included with the package I was buying. That is misleading.

The purchase process was very simple and fast. It took about 2 minutes using a credit card.
