Took forever to ship. Product arrived and not operational. Needs a SIM card and a monthly plan that they say nothing about. App is total dog crap. Very disappointed in this product.

Very easy to order. I would suggest you make the dimensions of the heater available in your ads also. I am looking forward to see if it warms my basement space.

I fully thought the rear camera was included . I only found out that it wasnt after I made the transaction. Not even sure how to cancel the order at this time. I was going to buy two one for each car.
