Terrible billing department
The service was convenient and my doctor was relatively well informed. My issue was with the billing department. They have extremely shady practices. They submitted claims incorrectly. It took them a very long time to correct the submissions to CIGNA.I paid a significant amount to Oshi upfront that wasn’t necessary based on my actual co-pay. They have been giving me the runaround for almost a year now on refunding me.
