1. The website experience was confusing. The sign on procedure on the website changed between the time i paid for the course and the time to acually start the course. 2. The hours are Monday through Friday during the day (I study at night), so no one was available to help. 3. The time frame to request a refund was shorter than the office hours. I requested a refund.
