Hi Ricardo, You're correct that Spotify does not officially sell a lifetime Premium subscription. However, that's not what our service provides. With Orphilia, “Lifetime” refers to the ORPH key you purchase. The key is reusable for life. If Premium is ever removed from your account, you can use the same key through our Renew process and re-apply the upgrade at no additional charge under the terms of your purchase. We understand how the term “Lifetime” could cause confusion, which is why we explain how it works in our FAQ. If you purchased a key and experienced an issue with the service, please contact our support team with your order details and we'll be happy to look into it. Orphilia Support
