Dear Threcia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback — we genuinely appreciate it. We are pleased to hear that the EMS Foot Massager is delivering good power and doing what it promises. Your comments about the materials and the need to recharge frequently are noted, and we will pass this feedback along to our product team as we are always looking for ways to improve. We are truly sorry to hear about the poor experience you had with customer service on a previous occasion. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We would love the opportunity to make things right and show you the level of care our customers deserve. If there is anything we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] — we are here to help. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Tim, Thank you so much for your review — we are really pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the EMS foot pad! You make a great point about the EMS gel — it really does make a significant difference in conductivity and the overall effectiveness of the session. We are glad you discovered that and that it is now working well for you. Your feedback about wishing the session ran a little longer is noted and appreciated. We will pass this along to our product team. In the meantime, you are always welcome to run consecutive sessions if you feel you need a longer treatment. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us. If you ever have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, and we are glad to hear your order arrived promptly. We are very sorry to hear that your pad seems to be causing discomfort and behaving differently from your husband's. The uneven sensation you are describing — where one side feels much stronger than the other — is not something that should happen with a properly functioning unit, and we completely understand your concern. Everyone's sensitivity to EMS stimulation is different, and some people are indeed significantly more sensitive than others, which can make even the lowest setting feel intense. However, the muscle spasms and cramping you are experiencing are a sign that the intensity may be too high for your body, even at level 1. We would never want you to use a product that causes you pain. We would love to help resolve this for you. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details, and our team will look into whether your unit may be defective and arrange a suitable solution for you. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it truly helps us improve. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Bettye, Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for your thoughtful question — it is a really important one. The sensation difference between feet is actually quite common, especially when there is more fluid build-up on one side. The fluid itself can act as a barrier, reducing the conductivity of the electrical impulse through the skin. This does not necessarily mean the left pad is defective — it may simply need a little more time as the circulation improves and the swelling begins to reduce. A few things that may help: make sure the conducting gel is applied generously and evenly on the left foot, ensure the pad is lying flat with full contact, and try gradually increasing the intensity on the left side if comfortable. As the swelling decreases with consistent use, you should begin to feel the sensation more clearly. That said, if after a week of consistent use the left side still feels completely unresponsive, please do reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to look into this further for you. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear John, Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share this. You raise some excellent points, and we completely understand the frustration of having to search for answers that should be right there in front of you. To help with your specific questions: **Best modes:** For general circulation and swelling, we recommend starting on a lower intensity (2–3) and working up gradually. For foot neuropathy, a gentle, consistent session of 20–30 minutes daily tends to work best — avoid very high intensities initially as the nerves can be more sensitive. **Leaving the unit on the mat:** It is perfectly fine to leave the unit connected to the mat when not in use. You only need to detach it when charging. To extend the life of the connecting buttons, simply press them in gently rather than pulling at an angle. **Charging:** Connect the charging cable directly to the controller unit — no need to remove it from the mat for this. We are actively working on improving our instruction materials, and feedback like yours is exactly what helps us do that. If you ever have more questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] — we are always happy to help. Kind regards, Glenda

Dear Diane, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback — we truly appreciate it. We completely understand the surprise when opening the package! The mat is indeed designed to be flexible and foldable, which allows it to conform naturally to the shape of your feet and maximise contact with the acupressure points. We know this can feel different from what is shown in some images, and we are sorry if that expectation wasn't set more clearly. That said, we are glad to hear it works well for you! If you ever have any questions about getting the most out of it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] — we are always happy to help. Kind regards, Glenda
