They said we can use as much as we wanted for £40 and we owe them a lot of money do not use orbit energy they are a bunch of liars!!!

After company review and new service provided, the company was top notch in service. I would recommend them to others.

The Same has happened with me like other customers here and it’s just ridiculous They took over my energy supplier without my consent or having a contract signed while I continued paying another supplier who were sending me regular bills for months and never heard or received a single bill form them, then they surprised me with a £3000 bill to pay !! Very unprofessional to not let people acknowledge you’re supplying them or send a single bill then come with this enormous bill that it’s not even realistic for a short period of time. They are poor at communication and do not respond to calls or emails in due time. I am appalled that this has happened and even more so at their lack of consideration in this time when people are worried about their energy suppliers.

A real pain in the butt! This outfit has called me twenty times in the past three weeks -- in clear violation of the Federal Do Not Call Registry. I will now file a complaint.
