Dobio sam proizvod lijepog dizajna, vidim da je oblikom prilagođen sigurnosti prilikom korištenja. Nije baš oštar poput žileta ali ne zaostaje za drugima. Mislim da se treba naviknuti na oblik oštrice i način rezanja. Sretan sam što imam taj nož. Radi se o Hoosk noževima.

Purchased a Synoshi hand scrubber but was billed and sent 4 in Nov 2023. I am perplexed why this way of doing business is still happening 3 months later. Same thing is happening with other products that are owned by UAB Orbio World/ Ausica/ Ekomlita. Monday 4 March 2024 I am aware I received a full refund in Nov 2023 and obviously by issuing the refund, and not having to send the 3 extra scrubbers that I did not order to Lithuania, receiving a free gift (Haarko knife) and a voice mail from Joan Torres was acknowlegement from the company that there were issues with the ordering system. However, my issue at the moment is this- I can see that the same thing that happened to me in Nov 2023 is still happening to customers today (March 2024). I had really hoped that your ordering system had improved over the months wereby customers could check their order before they paid and then submit their order. That is obviously not happening. The same thing is happening to various other products such as Derila pillows, Huusk knives, Enence translators, Nuubu detox pads, Tvidler ear wax cleaner, Klaudena cushions. I can't comment on these products as I have not used them but I can certainly read and continually see the negative reviews that appear every day.

They do not deserve even one star, worst online purchasing experience of my life. There are many other products you could buy instead. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. First of all, the advertising was misleading claiming to offer 70% off - this was only if you purchased 4 of the items. But it got me to the page and there was a modest discount, so I went ahead. At the checkout stage they take your credit card details straight away and then go on to offer extra products at extra cost. When it got to the offers of additional cleaning head types (that I thought were included) and longer battery life I realised that this product was not something I wanted. But they had my credit card details. When I released what had happened within minutes, I contacted them to stop the order but just got automated emails and what seemed like and AI customer service rep who did nothing for me. All I got were emails saying my order was on the way when I had repeatedly contacted them to cancel it and refund me. I have scammy Synoshi many times requesting a refund for the item. So the thing arrives and I they had said I could return it – to Lituania! This company is evil. I have made a report to the ACCC and will be contacting consumer affairs. The entries in the thread that make it look like the company is getting in touch with unhappy customers is more of their automated disgraceful ‘customer service’ and from other reviews here it seems these say they will be in touch and they never do. It has been like a nightmare. Do not even think of it. Absolute appalling scam taking/stealing /money /by inflating order Synoshi is part of the same miserable mob who have no regard for decent people and couldn't care less the problems they inflict due to the thefts.
