I’ve been a waitress for many years, walk anywhere between 5-10 miles per day. Previous to my purchasing these insoles, I would wake up in the morning barely able to stand. Feet hurting, back hurting, hips aching. In April 2023 I purchased my first pair of Orange Insoles and they’ve changed my life for the BETTER! I was very disappointed in my purchase, the arch supports hurt the arches of my feet and the cupped heels of the insoles hurt the bottoms of my heels, I had to take the insoles out because I had too much pain walking with the insoles in, I went back to just a plain gel insole
