Ordering was easy and the product itself fit as expected. Would've been 5 stars, but although the shipping was pretty expedient, I did not receive a shipping notification of my order, so it came as a surprise when it showed at my door. A minor detail, and perhaps a fault of many things, but I thought it worth mentioning. Overall, the product is great, the shipping was fast, and I would personally order more from this company again. In reply to Orange Insoles: I understand and by no means is such a trifle matter the worst thing to happen to me. I appreciate the reply, as well as the extra cost y'all put forward for the sake of the customer. Thank you and God bless!

You could make it a little easier to order the insoles. It took a few times for me to understand how to order
