Hi there, We're deeply sorry to hear about the difficulties you've encountered with your OpuScalp Viva. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and it's clear we have not lived up to your expectations this time. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn't perform as anticipated, especially after investing both your time and resources into it. We recognize that you may have already received some suggestions from us on how to improve your experience with the OpuScalp Viva. However, we earnestly recommend giving these tips another try, as they have been helpful for many of our customers facing similar issues: 1️⃣ Engage the tank cap while using the device to enhance the flow of oil. This small adjustment has made a significant difference for many users. 2️⃣ Consider the viscosity of the oil you're using. Thicker oils tend to dispense more slowly. A switch to a thinner oil could potentially alleviate the dispensing issue, allowing for a smoother, more consistent flow. 3️⃣ Our design, which allows oil to be released from one half of the prongs, aims to ensure a controlled and precise application. This is to prevent over-saturation of the scalp and ensure that the treatment is as effective as possible, especially with thinner oils. While we understand these suggestions might feel repetitive, we truly believe they are worth trying out. Our commitment to you goes beyond just providing a product; we want to ensure that you have a positive and fulfilling experience with it. We're here to support you through this process and hope you'll consider giving these tips another try. Thank you for your understanding and for allowing us the opportunity to assist you further. We're here for you, and we're committed to making things right. Warmly, Opussima

Hi Sandee, We're truly disheartened to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with the OpuScalp Viva. It's clear that the product has not met your expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Our aim is always to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance your routine, not complicate it. It sounds like we have missed the mark in your case, and we take your feedback seriously as we strive for continuous improvement. We understand that achieving the desired performance from your product is crucial, and we appreciate the opportunity to offer some tips that might help improve your experience: 1️⃣ For a greater flow of oil, gently pressing the tank cap while using the device can be beneficial. This subtle adjustment has been found to facilitate a more generous release of oil for some users. 2️⃣ The viscosity of the oil can influence its flow through the device. If you're finding the dispensing slower than expected, trying a thinner oil might yield better results. This adjustment has helped others achieve a more satisfactory flow. 3️⃣ The OpuScalp Viva is designed with a specific feature that releases oil from one half of the prongs to ensure a controlled and precise application. This design choice is intended to prevent over-saturation of the scalp and ensure that your treatment is as effective and mess-free as possible. We hope you'll find these suggestions helpful and that they'll enhance your experience with the OpuScalp Viva. Although it may not change your current feelings towards the product, we're committed to addressing concerns like yours. We're continuously working on enhancing our products based on customer feedback. Warmly, Opussima

Hi Jamila, First and foremost, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience with the OpuScalp Viva. It sounds like it hasn’t met your expectations, and for that, we apologize. We completely understand your frustration—after all, you invested in our product with the hope it would make your routine easier, not more challenging. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're here to support you. Here are a few tips that might improve your experience: 1️⃣ Pressing the tank cap gently while using the device can enhance the flow of oil, ensuring a smoother distribution. 2️⃣ The viscosity of the oil plays a crucial role. If thicker oils are proving difficult to dispense, a lighter oil might flow more freely and suit your needs better. 3️⃣ Our design, which allows oil to release from one half of the prongs, aims to provide a controlled application, preventing over-saturation and ensuring your scalp gets just the right amount of nourishment without the mess. We're eager to help you get the most out of your OpuScalp Viva and truly hope these suggestions make a difference. Warmly, Opussima

Hi there, Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We truly appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and ensure your satisfaction with our services. Upon reviewing your order details, it appears there was a slight hiccup with the address provided - it seems the building number was missing alongside the street name. This small detail, as crucial as it is, unfortunately led our delivery partner to return the package to us. We understand how something like this can happen; after all, we’re all human and these things can be easily overlooked. You can double-check this detail in your confirmation email, just for your peace of mind. We want to express our sincere regret for any inconvenience this has caused you. Here at Opussima, we put a great deal of effort into ensuring that our deliveries reach our customers smoothly. However, challenges like this can arise and they do impact both you and us financially. We noticed you kindly reached out to correct the address after the initial delivery attempt. While we deeply wish we could have made the adjustments in time, the logistics of coordinating with our delivery partners can be complex once the package is on its way. We understand the disappointment of not receiving a refund under these circumstances. Our policy in such cases is designed with the intention of encouraging careful attention to order details, to help avoid such situations. However, we recognize the importance of your experience and satisfaction as our valued customer. Let’s work together to find a solution that leaves you happy and satisfied. Perhaps we could offer you a special discount on your next purchase, or maybe we could attempt to redeliver your order with the corrected address information? Your feedback is crucial to us, and we’re eager to hear what you think would be the best way forward. We’re genuinely sorry for any frustration this situation has caused and are fully committed to making things right. Your trust in us is invaluable, and we look forward to the opportunity to restore it. Warmly, Opussima

Dear Clara, We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on the OpuScalp Viva. Your feedback is invaluable, and it’s opportunities like this that allow us to ensure our customers have the best possible experience with our products. We understand the importance of the device working seamlessly for you, and we’re here to provide support and guidance. Let’s explore a few tips that might enhance your experience: 1. Gentle Pressure on the Tank Cap: A light press on the tank cap while the device is in use could improve the oil’s flow. This small adjustment might make all the difference in ensuring the device dispenses more effectively. 2. Choosing the Right Oil: The texture of the oil can significantly influence its flow through the device. We’ve found that lighter oils tend to work best. If you’re finding the oil flow to be less than ideal, trying a thinner oil could provide a better outcome. 3. Understanding Our Design Philosophy: The OpuScalp Viva’s design, which allows oil to release from one half of the prongs, is deliberate. This feature is crafted to offer a precise, controlled application, ensuring that your scalp is nourished without overuse of the product, making each treatment as effective and efficient as possible. We hope these insights help you enjoy the full benefits of your OpuScalp Viva. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here for any further assistance you might need. Don’t hesitate to reach out for more support or to share more about your experience. We’re dedicated to ensuring that you are delighted with your product and our service. Warmly, Opussima
