I work for Pastor Jim and Lori Bakker and I have love this Silver Sol since we started using it. What the Government is doing so we can’t sell it anymore is criminal. Hello Lola, I saw your review. I am sorry that you did not receive the shipping confirmation message. By now you should have received an email message from our customer support manager. I had a standing order for two products that were to be shipped at the same time. Optivida chose to mail each product separately, causing me to have to pay nearly twice the amount of postage and handling. My account will be deleted soon.

Hello Frank, I read your review. I am sorry that you had a bad situation with the shipping on your subscription orders. I know that by now you probably received a phone call and an email from our customer service manager. She discovered that because of an error, you had two separate subscription orders. That's why you had two separate charges for shipping. She issued you a refund for the shipping. She also combined the two subscription orders into a single order. You won't have double shipping any longer. We appreciate your loyalty, so we included a coupon for a discount on future orders. Please let us know if you have any other issues.
