Hi Fagner, Angie Meeker here, General Manager at OptinMonster. First, I want to thank you for giving us a try, and apologize for the experience you've had attempting to cancel. We certainly don't intend for it to be difficult. As well, it looks like the first reply you received here contained some inaccurate information, posted by a team member who is no longer with us. I can understand your frustration. We do offer a 14-day money back guarantee for new, first time purchases and upgrades. We do not, however, offer refunds for renewals. We send renewal reminders by email, but it is possible it landed in your spam or promotions folder. I'll also have our dev team check to ensure those emails are still sending as expected. I've authorized a refund of your renewal based on the incorrect information you were provided previously and apologize for the inconvenience. I hope you'll give us a try again in the future. Best wishes for your success, Angie

I’m very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We did provide a free Gift Campaign per your request specifications, and went above and beyond what is typically included in such a request to add a customized widget on your behalf. However, as your requests involving significant design changes continued, we had to consider the campaign request fulfilled. I provided details of how you could continue customizing your campaign’s design further if you so wished to do so, and encourage you to consider that avenue. Best regards,

Hi Rune 👋 I'm very sorry for the inconvenience! It sounds like your account upgrade preferences were set to auto-upgrade if you exceed the limits of the free plan. Our team would love to help resolve this if you open a support ticket. 😀
