Hi Eugene 👋 Thanks so much for the awesome feedback. We absolutely love hearing that OptinMonster is doing exactly what it says on the tin and helping you breeze through your promotional calendar! Making campaign creation quick and easy is a huge focus for us, so that's music to our ears. Hey Matt, thanks for taking the time to share this! Mustafa is awesome, isn’t he? We know how annoying it is to wait around for answers, so we’re really glad he got you sorted out quickly. If anything else comes up, just holler!

Hi Stuart 👋 Thanks for the honest feedback! I totally get where you're coming from... handing over card details upfront can feel like a commitment you might not be ready for yet. Just to give a little context, the main reason we do this is actually to protect your campaigns. We want to make sure there's zero interruption in your service, especially when your campaigns are performing well and you're seeing results. We'd hate for a winning campaign to suddenly pause just because a limit was hit. That being said, we want you to have full control over your account! There is a setting right inside the app that allows you to disable "auto-upgrade" completely. This way, you can run your campaigns worry-free and decide exactly if or when you want to move to a paid tier. Hope that clears things up! If you need help finding that setting, just let our support team know. 😃

Hey Joe! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a kind review. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed using OptinMonster during your time with us! We totally understand that business needs change, and we appreciate you giving us a shot for that year. Also, thank you for shouting out Mustafa! We know how easy it is to lose track of renewal dates (it happens to the best of us), so I’m really happy to hear that Mustafa was able to step in and help sort out that refund for you quickly. We believe in treating our customers fairly, even when they're parting ways with us. I'll be sure to pass your praise along to him—he'll be thrilled to hear it. Thanks again for the high recommendation, Joe, and if you ever need conversion tools in the future, we’d love to welcome you back!

Hey Jeffrey, Thanks so much for taking the time to share this feedback! We’ve all been there, so I am so happy we were able to jump in and get that sorted out for you quickly. While our AI tools are always learning, sometimes you just need a human touch to set things right. It sounds like Erica knocked it out of the park! We pride ourselves on having a support team that genuinely cares about your success, and I'll make sure to pass your kudos along to her. Thanks for choosing OptinMonster and for trusting us with your business. We're here if you need anything else!

Thanks so much for the high praise! 🙌 We’re really glad to hear you’re loving the plugin. We put a lot of effort into making sure the tool is valuable whether you are on the free version or a paid plan, so it is great to see that reflected in your experience. But honestly, hearing that our post-sales support hit the mark for you is the highlight for us. We believe the relationship just starts when you download the plugin, so we're thrilled our team is taking such good care of you. Thanks for recommending us!

This is music to our ears! 🎉 Starting a new business is a huge undertaking, so we are so happy that Anton could step in and make the campaign creation process a breeze for you. It takes a special skill to take minimal details and turn them into a vision that matches exactly what you were looking for, and Anton is really fantastic at that! I will definitely make sure he sees this review; I know it will make his day to hear how thrilled you are with the result. Good luck with the new website, and welcome to the OptinMonster family!
