Excellent customer service. This site came highly recommended by a friend of mine. So I decided to use them. They didn’t have a payment method up. So I contacted them on TikTok. Super fast response. We were able to make the payment through Cash App. Sent my package out the same day. I’ll recommend them to anyone.

The customer service at Optimum has been amazing. They have always been swift with deliveries, communication, and the product is outstanding. I have ZERO reason to work with any other vendor for these type of products, Optimum and their team are the best.

I needed help with an online purchase, sent an email to customer service and they replied very quickly. They had my issue fixed almost immediately. They also had my purchase shipped the same day and it arrived in about 24 hours. This was my second order and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
