LevelUp Health is a modern telehealth practice built on a simple idea: better health starts with a conversation, not a product. As a provider-first wellness clinic, our licensed medical team takes the time to evaluate your health, listen to your goals, and design care that fits your life—rather than handing you a one-size-fits-all solution.Every journey begins with a thorough virtual consultation. Through secure telehealth visits, our clinicians review your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and, when appropriate, lab panels to build a complete picture of your health. Only then do we offer evidence-informed recommendations tailored specifically to you.We provide advanced therapies that can support performance, recovery, healthy aging, metabolism, and overall vitality. But our role isn't to sell treatments—it's to determine which options genuinely fit your profile, and how to integrate them safely into a broader optimization strategy. Whether your goal is energy, focus, or longevity, we listen.Safety and oversight sit at the center of everything we do. We partner with trusted pharmacies and follow strict clinical protocols, ensuring any recommended therapy aligns with current best practices and your individual needs. When you choose LevelUp Health, you're not just buying a service—you're gaining a dedicated telehealth team focused on your long-term wellness. We're here to help you feel, function, and live better, with expert-guided care designed around you.

Dr. Ciatto provided exceptional knowledge and care when I went to see him. Always responds to any questions I have right away. I’m extremely happy with my results and the way I feel with all he recommended!

As a New York City firefighter with more than 20 years on the job, my body has taken a beating over the years. I decided to explore some health optimization protocols to support my overall health and recovery, and I’m very glad Paul decided to offer this option to his clients . Although I’ve known Paul for years I’ve only been working with Level Up for a few weeks, but my experience has been outstanding. From the beginning, there has been absolutely no pressure—just honest conversations, expert guidance, and genuine support. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and makes sure all of my questions are answered before moving forward. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend Dr. Paul Ciatto and the team at Level Up Health. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, honest, and supportive care, this is the place to go.

LevelUp health has without a doubt improved my quality of life. Not only for my training but for my day to day life. Dr. Betler and Dr. Ciatto have been outstanding. I feel like my old self again, being able to run ultra marathons while still lifting. I would recommend to anyone trying to improve their quality of life.

I can’t recommend them enough. I get great advice with my health always at the forefront. Very fast access to any product I need and they check in with me and make sure everything is on track and going well. My health has improved, my blood markers are great and I’ve never felt better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Level Up Health. Dr. Paul is exceptional. Dr. Ciatto and Shay and Dr Ron have been beyond helpful every step of the way. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care have made all the difference in my health journey. I started this process at nearly 400 pounds—a beat-up former college athlete dealing with diabetes, poor mobility, and declining health. Today, I’m still a work in progress at just over 300 pounds, but my transformation has been incredible. My bloodwork is now outstanding, my A1C is 4.9, my mobility has improved dramatically, and I feel better than I have in years. People tell me it’s a miracle. It isn’t. It’s the result of trusting experienced physicians, following the process, and staying consistent. In today’s world, it’s almost impossible to know who to trust. Social media is full of influencers, conflicting advice, and misinformation. Trying to piece together a health plan from AI, YouTube, and random online posts is overwhelming. Level Up Health cuts through all of that with evidence-based medicine and personalized care. The results speak for themselves. People who haven’t seen me in a while literally don’t recognize me, and the best part is that I’m still making progress every single week. If you’re serious about changing your health and your life, I believe Level Up Health is the gold standard.
