Do not do business with this company! Spent $66 for prescription sunglasses and the sent me cheap $10 sunglasses 6 weeks later. Publish a wrong toll free number.

Don't bother - save your money. The frame for the inserts to my cycling sunglasses cracked and fell apart after about 2 weeks. Optical Factor replaced the frame and the new frame lasted only another 2 weeks. When I contacted Optical Factor to have the 2nd frame replaced they said it was over 2 months since the date of purchase so they would not be replacing the frame again. Their last reply was "Sorry for the inconvenience" When I went to their website to check the warranty policy I noticed it had been removed :(

I must be one of the few that was lucky or only the whingers look for somewhere to whine. I ordered my bike glasses with my prescription and 3 weeks later they arrived as described and prescription as ordered. Yes they are a little flimsy but at a 5th of the price of my Wiley X that I've had to replace the foam gasket 4 times at $40 a go these will do just fine even if I have to order a new pair every 6 months its cheaper by far. So I have no problem with them I hope my luck continues

This company got the order completely wrong - sent me very dark sunglasses when I ordered clear lenses with a colour tint. Customer service just argues forever, pretending that you got the order wrong even though you have the order confirmation as proof.

I ordered prescription safety glasses, and what arrived were normal safety glasses with no prescription whatsoever, after a lot of back and forth with them asking what I ordered (eventually sent them a screenshot of my account off their own website), they told me to send a report from an Optician to prove they have no prescription (rather than them asking me to send the glasses back). I should have beleived the extremely poor reviews I read.

I received my prescription eyeglasses from Opticalfactor and they misread the prescription as my naked eyes are clearer than these new glasses. I have asked them each day of this past week to either re-do them correctly or to refund and allow me to return them. Opticalfactor keeps delaying their responses hoping I will simply go away. Their own website is only showing 5-star reviews as this same review here was not allowed on their own site as they screen their reviews. I learned a lot from Trustpilot and see how shady Opticalfactor is.
