My account is level 2 and I supposed to have my gift cards in 2 business days at maximum, it happened once and never again, always takes between 8 and 20 days mostly, worst site ever, Again "another brick in the wall" They're good at promising and writing poems in emails but very bad at delivering, honestly waist of time Gd luck being manipulated everyone

Unresolved $15 Reward Pending Since June 4th - No Support Response I have been using Opinion Edge and previously had smooth redemptions. However, my redemption for a $15 Reward Link (US + Mastercard Virtual Only) requested on June 4th, 2026, has been stuck on "PENDING" for over a month. I have already reached out to customer support regarding this issue but have received no response or resolution. Please look into my account and manually approve or release this payment

These people are scammers, so I redeemed a gift card and it wasn't the first time I do it on my opinion edge account, this time but this time it took way more than the usual by 4 days, when I emailed them, they didn't reply I've emailed them again for three more times and seems like the support team is just an illusion, be aware guys from websites such this one is not reliable or trustworthy off your efforts at all

Hi Andrea Lee, We're sorry to hear about your experience, especially that you did not receive a timely response from our support team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will be highlighting this with the concerned team to help prevent similar situations in the future. We've reviewed your case and can confirm that your reward has now been approved. That said, it's genuinely disheartening to see us being labeled as scammers solely because of the delay. We can see that you've had multiple successful redemptions from our platform in the past, which reflects our commitment to processing legitimate rewards. While delays can occasionally happen, they do not mean that rewards won't be honored. We appreciate your patience and hope this experience doesn't overshadow the positive interactions you've had with us previously. Thank you for being a valued member of our community. Team Opinion Edge
My $10 Mastercard Virtual Card redemption from May 5, 2026, is still pending. Support has ignored my emails from June 8 and June 12. This is very poor service. Please approve my pending reward immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delay in receiving your reward. For first-time reward redemptions, our verification and processing procedures typically require 25–30 business days to complete. Please note that business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. We also understand your concern regarding the emails you sent on June 8 and June 12. We have shared this feedback with the relevant team for review so they can investigate the matter further, including verifying whether any emails were received from your registered email address, and take appropriate steps to improve response times moving forward. We appreciate your patience and understanding while your redemption request is being processed. Should any additional information or action be required, our team will contact you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Opinion Edge Team
