Quick,professional and informative.Offered options and took action on course to proceed with.Very good follow up as well.

I didn't appreciate being on hold for 45 minutes and had to call twice to get some service. I had an 7 pm appointment but didn't get seen until 7:45. That should have never happened.

I was in the chat room for 20-25 minutes and was told there was a provider shortage. I logged off and got a call about 10 minutes later. The person did not initially identify herself or that they were calling from Remedy Meds. She apologized for not being on-time, which was fine--stuff happens. I would recommend providers introduce themselves from the very beginning and who they are representing so it is clear it is not a spam call or wrong number.

I have no complaints at all.. The medication has been wonderful no side effects it's working as I supposed to should. The team that remedy meds has been wonderful. As I said I have no complaints my experience so far has been absolutely perfect.

My physician is a caring and supportive person who listens and answers any of my questions and concerns. The ordering process is very simple and easy to complete. Great experience overall!
