It's pretty tricky reaching anyone. I went with this company primarily because of the supposed great customer service. So far, emails take a few days, texting has not ever been available although I get 3-5 texts reminding me about appts I have made and appts are also tricky to get, certainly not within a day.

Amazing, knowledgeable provider. Professional, but engaged, listening. Provided me with some new data and great insight on some of the issues. Thank you@

Listened to my questions and answered them respectfully. Our video chat had poor quality (because I was riding in a car) my contact was very patient and understanding. Even reached out at the end with just a phone call to make sure I understood everything. Now, just have to wait on the pharmacy.

The NP was very professional, warm and patient with all of my questions and concerns. She took the time I needed to explain the process and options

The call at 3:50 pm went great! My original appt at 11:40 am, no one showed up which made me make a new appt that was not as convenient for me.

She listened to me first and foremost. I am already taking weight-loss medication and she worked to see what would be the closest to my current dose. Weight Watchers is no longer providing the drug I take. She was very personable and easy to talk to.
