It feels terrible to use

my chair leaked after 6 months and feet massager has issues. i have tried contacting them many times via email and phone to no answers(all contact info must be set up fake to make them look legitimate). warranty doesnt cover anything. your on your own.

Place an order on Nov 30th and just received the confirmation indicating shipment will be ready in 1-3 days. While after 5 days, no update. I tried to send email and call their service contact...no one picked the call and no reply. Pls image in such situation, how we can trust the so called warranty.
