I was able to solve everything in an hour, super attentive. I communicated through Instagram and everything super fast. I was able to see my reservation from Bangkok to Buenos Aires.

Very good customer support
Edit : - Onwardticket.com contacted me, explained what happened and provided a refund. Their customer support is really excellent. - Their service only works for Visa applications. Not to provide you with a return flight ticket to show once you're at the airport. It seems I misunderstood. Previous answer (left here for transparency purposes) : I tried using it when going to Dubai but it was refused at check-in. They said it had no e-ticket number and I had to book another flight on the spot on my smartphone or they wouldn't let me get in the plane.
