I tried to cancel my subscription and they said that they had Done it but I'm still getting charged for something I don't want or need they are scammers don't buy from them plus when I first tried the product it didn't work at all

I have tried repeatedly to contact your customer service about recent order. I can't find a phone number. I have emailed the customer support link on website, no response!! If the customer service was better. I would try the product that I received, but now I'm suspicious whether their legitimate!!

Product arrived on time. Nicely packaged. I did not, however, receive the advertised 50% discount on my first order. I have sent two emails. No response. Please advise. Thank you. Jennifer
