Karan, thank you for providing this feedback. We apologize for the delay in your order. An automated hold was activated by our fraud prevention system to protect both us and your billing account due to an unrecognized address for this particular order. Unfortunately, the notification about this automatic hold was not properly delivered, and we've now fixed that issue in our system. We've expedited your order to get it to you as quickly as possible and sincerely appreciate your patience.

Anselmo, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. While we work hard to ensure our inventory is accurately updated, simultaneous orders for the same products can cause a slight delay in backorder notifications, which is why we always reach out directly to customers if an order can't be fulfilled in the expected time. We regret that we weren't able to find an alternative solution on your tight timeline through our email correspondence.

Alessandro, We are disappointed to hear that your order took longer than expected to arrive, and that the information on the website seemed to be inaccurate. We appreciate your feedback, as we are always looking for opportunities to improve our service. According to our information, your order was placed 10 days ago and your product shipped 7 days later. As we strive to build any order within 3-5 business days, your product had an unfortunate 2 day delay due to a lack of available incoming parts. I understand your frustration, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to better meet your expectations on your next order. Please contact us if you have any other questions or concerns. With kind regards, The OnLogic Team

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this issue. We understand that there can be a discrepancy between the shipping date of a system and the expected delivery date based on product availability. We apologize that you experienced a longer than expected period between order and delivery. We are currently investigating the unique details of this particular delay and taking steps to avoid them in the future. In reviewing your order, we did notice that no Wi-Fi antennas had been selected during configuration. Because we offer a variety of antennas, and because some customers choose to install their own antennas when their systems arrive, Wi-Fi antennas are not included by default and must be added to the configuration at the time of purchase. In reference to the gray block of clay you mentioned, that is a thermal pad that can be used when adding additional components to the system. We apologize that your experience was less than ideal and we look forward to the opportunity to do better in the future.
