I ordered on March 2nd based on the advertised 7-9 day delivery window. My order wasn't even shipped until March 10th, with a delivery date of March 24th — nearly three weeks after ordering. No communication, no apology, nothing. If your actual shipping times don't match what's advertised, fix your policy. Would not recommend to anyone with a time-sensitive order.

Good day. It appears that this review is unrelated to our website. We do not sell sheets, and your name is not on our orders list. Could you please remove the review, as it may negatively impact our rating? Thank you for your cooperation!
poor quality and the clothes don't match the photos! Their exchange policy is a scam as they don't accept an exchange if you use an offer when doing the purchase while they have running offers all year long so it's just a way to reject it!! They don’t answer Whatsapp messages after you buy And the worst thing is that I rated an item 1 star on their website, but they changed it to a 5 stars rating!!

the return and exchange policy is not clear in advance. the customer bears the value of the return, and this is an unprofessional method, and we will never deal with you in the future thanks

Good day Mona, thanks for your review and we are sorry for the inconvenience, however, our policy states clearly that "in line with our Terms and Conditions, all postage costs for returns must be covered by you." Every business has its own policy that depends on the business running costs, we provide FREE EXPRESS delivery for your orders and we replace Items for you and we pay for express delivery for replacements also, we recommend you to read return policy carefully before you place an order, thanks for your understanding
