My order was taking longer than original estimate to ship. After I contacted them, they promptly responded and explained the delays (factory labor issue and supply chain issues). I received my order on a Saturday, and after inspecting it on Sunday, I realized I was short one piece. Again I contacted km them right away and received an email back Sunday evening rectifying the problem. Its nice to work with a company that has integrity and excellent customer service. I would do business with them again

Very happy with my experience with OnFlooring! OnFlooring was the only vendor that had laminate floor material which matched what I was looking for. The delivery was made within the time stated while placing the order and arrived in secure packages.
