used this service because I needed to travel on a 1way ticket to Mexico and although immigration and the airline didn't ask for an outgoing or return ticket, it provided me with a peace of mind that i needed. plan to use them again.

Very good service. I accidently made a double booking. After a few days I contacted the service. They answered right away and offered to make a refund.

So I just use this coming to Thailand from America and it worked like a charm. I was actually only asked for it when boarding the very first flight out of Orlando.

I urgently needed proof for an onward ticket and OneWayFly provided what I need. I had a few questions about how the service works and their support team answered them promptly. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to family and friends. Thanks, OneWayFly!

The flight ticket did not work. I needed an onward ticket to board a flight so I bought from One Way Fly. The airline I was flying with checked the ticket and said it was invalid. I had to buy another (real) expensive ticket very quickly to be able to board my flight. When I told them about this and asked for a refund, they refused. I had to do a chargeback. If this is a rare occurrence, why would they not just refund and move on? It seems it happens often based on other reviews online. Seems like a scam to me. *** Edit - after contacting them 4 times they finally agreed to a refund. However, the service didn't work so I'm not editing my review. *** *** Edir 2 - one way fly lied in their response. I sent 4 emails over 3 days before anyone replied and offered a refund. They replied to the 1st and the 4th email and only agreed to refund after I mentioned leaving a review. The ticket may have seemed valid to them on what they checked but if airlines or immigration don't accept their type of booking as a valid ticket then their service doesn't work as intended. *****

Response from OneWayFly : Flight Reservation For Visa· Mar 15, 2023
Dear Brandon, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read that your experience didn’t match your expectations. We always strive to provide the best possible support to our customers, and we'd like to clarify a few points regarding your case. Firstly, we would like to address the communication aspect. We have a record of one email received from you, to which we promptly responded. Regarding the other emails sent during the weekend, while our support team is available 24/7, your refund request required verification that could only be completed on Monday (our time zone) when the relevant department was back in the office. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience and are continually working to enhance our response time and processes. Regarding the ticket issue, we have thoroughly checked your booking and can confirm that the ticket we provided was indeed valid. We even sent you a copy of the ticket directly from the airline's website as proof of its authenticity. While we cannot speak to the specific interaction you had with the airline staff, we assure you that the ticket provided was genuine. We understand that you have since received a refund, which we agreed to in our second and last email after carefully reviewing your case. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and show you the high-quality service that our company is known for. Thank you for your understanding and your feedback. Best, OneWayFly team
