One Step has been fantastic to work with. Customer service is prompt and proactive. They check in with me frequently to ensure I am on track and my needs are met. The platform itself provides one place for everything ensuring I can keep track of tasks and records easily and making communication with residents fluid as well.

The young lady that helped me was so professional and sweet as ever. Its so hard to get people on tge phone who actually sound like they actually care about helping. I did customer service for 20 yrs so I know how important it is. So thank you for loving your job. I was able to find my persons information easily because of her and she stayed on the phone to nake sure I did. Well done!!!!

UPDATE! OneStep meets and exceeds expectations! After OneStep's recent software update we had some internal challenges navigating how the platform works. The HelpDesk was very quick in their responses, provided direction, and solutions to every challenge we faced. They have gone above and beyond during this transition including custom changes to make our day to day operations more efficient. From everyone at Primary Purpose Center - thank you Help Desk!
