Edge has been a great addition to our office!!! The process of finding a team member was phenomenal!! The team member we hired has been an incredible fit!! She is super intelligent, very well trained, loves to learn, jumps right in to tackle new tasks, and is a very caring person!! I highly recommend Edge!!

Working with EDGE has been an excellent experience for our agency. The two ambassadors we employ through EDGE have become essential members of our team and have made a meaningful impact on our operations and client service. Our personal lines ambassador, who has been with us for just over a year, quickly established herself as a reliable and trusted team member and was able to quote with 5 different carriers within the first 3 months. She even takes direct client calls when our personal lines manager is out of the office and consistently does a terrific job handling customer service needs with professionalism and care. Our second ambassador has been with us for more than two and a half years. An attorney based in Pakistan, he provides invaluable support in our commercial lines department. He reviews complex certificate of insurance requests, performs policy checking, assists with quoting, and handles endorsements across multiple carriers. His expertise, accuracy, and consistency have elevated the level of service we’re able to deliver. EDGE ambassadors are not just “virtual assistants” — they are true extensions of our staff. They help us operate more efficiently, serve our clients better, and strengthen our team overall. We’re grateful for the partnership with EDGE and highly recommend their ambassadors to any agency looking to grow with the right support.

We are extremely pleased with our Edge remote talent employees. They improve our daily operations by assisting with data entry and computer functions. Our employees have wonderful personalities, speak wonderful English and are a great assist to our insurance team.

We have been very pleased with the person we selected for our team. She has been with us just over a year. The person came to us well trained on our rating and management system. She was already trained and highly skilled in quoting with multiple carriers, handling service tasks and interacting with customers. We have been very pleased and highly recommend this service.

We have been with Edge and our same associate for 2 years. Our busy dental clinic is very appreciative of our associate and frankly would be overwhelmed to bring back all of the tasks our associate performs every day for us. She is kind, smart, responsive and responsible. Admittedly, I was skeptical at first but thought why not give it a try. The help we get daily serves our patients and our team well beyond the fee. I would highly recommend Edge.

The person I chose to work with our agency was professional, spoke English very well, and had a friendly demeanor. It has now been 3 years since I brought Victor on, and he has been a great asset.

I’m delighted to share my experience with the services provided by Edge Solutions. From the outset, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication throughout the hiring process. Not only was the process smooth and efficient, but their insight into finding the right match for our company’s needs truly stood out. The candidate we onboarded through Edge Solutions has proven to be an outstanding addition to our team. Their skill set, work ethic, and adaptability have exceeded expectations—clearly reflective of the high standards that Edge Solutions upholds. Moreover, the communication and responsiveness from Edge throughout the engagement were commendable. They acted as a transparent and proactive partner, promptly coordinating interviews, responding to feedback, and facilitating seamless integration.

⚠️ Caution: EDGE has a 60-day cancellation policy. If you end your service with them — even if it’s because the admin they provided was incompetent despite months of training — you are still obligated to pay for another 60 days. That means if the placement doesn’t work out, you’re essentially penalized for their failure. This is not industry standard for overseas help. Two weeks or even four weeks of severance would be fair. But two full months — nearly $4,300 in my case — is unreasonable and feels like a money grab. I went in knowing this clause existed but didn’t think it would matter. I’ve had two overseas VAs for four and five years who worked out wonderfully. Still, there were repeated errors many time per day causing issues with patients, staff, and adding many hours to our workload rather than reducing it. EDGE also represented that this admin was a pharmacist. I cannot say for certain, but I strongly doubt this was accurate, given that she regularly asked very basic questions about medications that any trained pharmacist would know. Our contact/coordinator at EDGE, was kind and helpful. And the admin was sweet and pleasant. But this cancellation policy is the dealbreaker. If you have to cancel because of EDGE’s own issues appropriately identifying and training candidates, you will still be forced to pay for 60 days of service you don’t receive.
