STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! I bought their reta and KLOW peps to try things out. Before I tried them I sent them off for 3rd party testing and they came back with HORRIBLE results. The Reta contained heavy trace metals and the KLOW vial didnt even contain BPC or GHKCU. I thought they would be honest with all her videos claiming how trustworthy they are. Going back to a certified telehealth clinic with actual testing.

Response from Oneday Compounds· Aug 14, 2026

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take claims regarding the identity, composition, and laboratory testing of our research products extremely seriously. Our research products undergo independent third-party testing through U.S.-based ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories. We maintain laboratory documentation associated with the products and lots we distribute and do not release a lot that does not meet our applicable laboratory acceptance criteria. Because this review references specific third-party laboratory findings, we initiated Trustpilot’s formal Request Information process so that we could investigate the claims. We requested information that would allow us to identify the order and applicable products, along with copies of the third-party laboratory reports referenced in the review. The allotted response period has now passed without the requested information being provided, and we have been unable to identify an order associated with the information available to us. Without an order number, applicable lot numbers, or copies of the referenced laboratory reports, we cannot determine which products or lots were allegedly tested or compare the claimed findings with the corresponding laboratory documentation in our records. If this reviewer did in fact purchase from Oneday, we are prepared to investigate any substantiated testing concern. We simply ask that they provide an order number, applicable lot numbers, and copies of the third-party laboratory reports referenced in this review so that the claims can be properly evaluated. We take the quality and integrity of our research materials seriously and remain committed to independent third-party testing and transparency regarding our testing practices. At this time, we have been unable to verify the transaction or substantiate the testing allegations described in this review. Oneday products are sold strictly for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
