Our loan officer, Karmy Hampton was very polite & professional. She was a pleasure to work with on our auto loan. We will definitely work with Karmy again. Craig Bertenshaw

Karmy was very helpful. She has explained us the entire auto loan process. She followed up and made sure that I got the my loan approved on time. Thank you so much Karmy for all your help.

I applied for a vehicle loan and opted to ONLY open an account if I was approved for the loan. When working with the loan officer, she insisted that I have to open an account in order to be approved for a specific rate, I even verified that if I was not approved, the account would not be open, because I didn't want account without a loan being approved. I recently received a statement that shows I now only have $5 in my account (she charged me $25) because it has been charging me $5 a month for the last 4 months and I didn't even want the account to be opened!! I have emailed the loan officer several times, and she promised me it would be taken care of. To date, since August, nothing has been done.

Karmy was amazing she went above and beyond and provide me with tons of information for applying for my line of credit. I had 2 great people to work with, Joanna Kelleher virtual banker and Claudia Flores my loan processor! Both were great with customer service and the they both communicated efficiently and professionally. This is my first line of credit, so I had anxiety about the process, but with these 2 professionals, it all went smoothly and was actually easy. Thank you OneAZ!

I applied for a line of credit increase over the phone. The process was very easy to complete. Joanna Kelleher took my application over the phone and within a short period of time and providing docs, I received my docusign and was approved. Joanna was very professional and VERY helpful.
