The one whom I speak with and assist me named Lindsay Herriott is really approachable and knowledgeable enough in assisting me. Less hustle with my concern and it goes quickly with my Personal Loan application. GOOD JOB!

Super easy to set up an account. I really like that they're a local company rather than a massive corporate bank. The interest rate on their savings account is great, and the mobile app actually just works without any headaches. Solid experience all around!

Charleen helped me through all the problems the car dealer created when trying to finance a new car purchase. I got straight answers from her, and not the dealer. All they wanted to do was rush me through the process with intimidation and deception in order to make money off of my purchase.

I was having issues accessing my mobile and computer online access to my accounts that recently migrated from 1st Bank Yuma to OneAZ Credit Union. Adam Petri, Member Care Center Rep II, was quite helpful in identifying the issue that related to the Text message secondary verification code. Once that issue was addressed, Adam assisted me with updating my checking account to issue a better interest rate return and avoiding a monthly fee on the account for maintaining a minimum balance in this account. All-in-all, well worth holding for the nearly 15 minutes before Adam began assisting me.

I had a great experience with OneAZ Credit Union. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, and the staff was very welcoming and professional. I especially want to thank Alejandra L. Rodriguez for her excellent service. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the process, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciate the great service from Alejandra and the OneAZ team. Highly recommended!
