Fast and smooth services
Just traveled last week to Seattle, all went super smooth during the flight. The whole Concierge team also assisted me with my hotel booking, couldnt ask for more. Highly recommending it!!

I regret spending money on their…
I regret spending money on their packages. For the price they charge, the service and experience do not match expectations at all. The owners and management clearly lack professionalism, and this business does not deliver the value or respect customers deserve.

Very unprofessional and weird…
Very unprofessional and weird communication on whatsapp. Takes hours to respond to a simple question and not in time for my flight.

I’m not sure where all these 5 star…
I’m not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. Their WhatsApp communication is suboptimal and there was no change or reduction in flight prices as they had advertised. I also find it quite dubious how most of that five star reviews have been made with brand-new accounts with one review. Any reputable Concierge company will not use WhatsApp as their sole communication method.
