The technician that they sent out was very thorough and professional. He corrected the problem, and found a couple more potential problems that would have happened in the near future had he not discovered and fixed those.

It is extremely costly however, Replacement Value sucks and you have to jump through hoops to finally get approval, however they eventually would come through. The service is usually prompt, service persons kind, and respectfulseem to always do a great job . The telephone representatives are usuall breasty kind, thoughtful, considerate with great follow through although challenged with the English language.

After stating my problem, they responded with the right solution. Appointment was kept & they had the right equipment to repair problem.

The customer service representative at Pivotal told me the my situation was covered. When I spoke with the contractor (electrician) I was informed that my IS NOT covered. So, while the literal customer service was good, the information provided was NOT good. Accuracy is just a important! Very disappointing... 😞
