I've had no issues with my laser

I have not received my laser yet but Karl in support answered all of my questions about light burn setup promptly. One of the better support experiences I have had and I am 70 years old so I have had my share.

i had an issue with my machine and omtech support was fantastic!!. they helped me with my issues to resolve problems. that said the training part of their service needs work. had a hard time getting the one hour of training

Fast efficient and courteous service

Watched a lot of videos on different lasers and came to the conclusion OMTech was right for me

Very fast order and shipping time. Item arrived in great shape.

Product = good Process to get help = SUCKS! It literally took weeks to get any attention to my matters and it still wasnt resolved. Once you get help, it's all about sending pictures, send videos etc. You send one, then 3 days later their response is to send another. If you are going to use your laser for business, buy from someone who can support the product based in the US. I also asked where I can buy a set screw for my mirrors since mine broke off, "can you send us a photo." Are you kidding me!
