This was my first time dealing with the IRS outside of filing taxes, which made me a bit nervous. Omni outlined the process thoroughly, required a minimal amount of time from me and delivered top notch service. I had a lot of questions along the way and Heather provided answers quickly and accurately. Responsive service and a high level of professionalism were nice to have, but this is a bottom line business based on results. After going through the long government process, Heather was able to eliminate 80% of my tax burden. This was a significant savings for me and my family that lifted a lot of stress from our lives. I would recommend Omni to anyone who has potential tax issues with the IRS.

When I began this process several years ago I was given the guarantee that the amount I owed would be reduced as we were applying for a medical offer. it went to appeal and took at least two years. A successful conclusion was reached in July 2014 and I am both thankful and pleased. Thanks you Will Beard for your patience, diligence and knowledge.
