We've struggled with the IRS for years, hired "experts" who promised to fix everything, and tried to handle it ourselves. We found OMNI and were skeptical. Chris Mansfield was confident he could help us from the very first conversation. He kept us informed, filed paperwork on time, and and handled all discussions with the IRS. He was successful in securing an installment agreement 1/3 of that originally given by the IRS. We highly recommend OMNI for anyone having trouble dealing with the IRS. We have had a wonderful experience with Omni Financial. The team assigned to us is Mr. James Graul and his team. When we were approached (called) by Omni Financial, we were a little skeptical because we had another tax service that we had been with since 2010. What we appreciate with Mr. Graul and his team, is that they keep in contact with us at least weekly and let us know what is happening with their contact with the IRS contact person assigned to our case. Mr. Graul and his team work hard for us and keep our best interests and our finances in mind when dealing with the IRS. They are always friendly and courteous when we have a question or concern about where our case is at and where it is going. Without them, who knows where we would be right now.
