Very confusing sign up and once you sign up they hook a person into a monthly subscription and even though I was able to cancel I was charged $50 but was only refunded $34 as had to pay return fees and restocking fees even though I had canceled and instead of deleting my account they keep emailing me to rejoin so had to block them.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad you are enjoying the taste and that OMNI has been easy to add to your routine. Individual results can vary, but consistent daily use is the most important part of any creatine routine. We appreciate your support.
I don't like to be sold on next offers, although I did take one. If you can offer a better price then do it up front! Ordering was easy, I look forward to trying the product and after ample time I will review further.
