Hi Corey, Please check your email as we have reached out to you and would be more than happy to help with the return of your pet door. Our return policy is established because these pet doors are hand made with every order vs mass produced and boxed ready to ship. Rather, the materials are kept in stock and your pet door is hand made to order in the USA. We also offer a lot of resources on our website like size charts, contact forms and FAQs to help our customers determine what size pet door they need prior to making their purchase. We would be more than happy to work with you to get you the pet door you need! Best, Kyle Owner

Hi Kimberly, Thank you for your message, and I sincerely apologize for the issues you've experienced with your order. We frequently work with customers installing these pet doors into walls ranging from 10" to 16" thick, so your setup is well within our supported range. Based on our email exchange and the review you shared, it sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the installation process—or possibly a missing component in your shipment. We’re more than happy to assist in resolving any installation challenges, whether that involves sending any missing materials or walking you through the correct installation steps. Please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can ensure everything is working as intended. Best regards, Kyle Owner
