The service is worth 5 stars, but navigating to the correct web page costs at least one of them. I just wanted some rinse agent which I have been using for 25 years, but I almost gave up because most of the pages wanted to sell machines, not cleaning supplies

These guys know there product. Helpful with product choice of cleaners and filters. My Ultra Sonic is probably 10 years old or more and still making me money every day. Cleaning carburetors is it’s specialty and every spring it runs all day saving time and creating income. Best profit generating tool I own.

Thank you for the great quality products. We clean old engines for rebuild with your products.

Excellent washing machine. To operate this is somewhat of a science/art but once you get it down to your specific product it cleans unlike anything else. Great customer service, Drew Gill has been above and beyond helpful to me and our company. Always responding and helping me troubleshoot, and finetune the process. You want a mediocre washer go somewhere else, you want a exceptional top end Ultrasonic Washer there is nothing else better that I have seen. Thanks OmegaSonics for making my companies job that much easier in our day to day process with everything cleaning.

Freight charge is too much-there are other companies offering 1/2 the freight or free freight On other products that do the same-I am happy with product

Quick and easy to order online. Nice using the added return customer order placement.

Great products

I never received a delivery date, or was told, if in stock.
