This was my first time ordering from OMC gear. They had excellent, quick shipping. The product was exactly as described (a lovely new North Face backpack). AND they even included a few stickers that I requested for no addl. charge. They are awesome :)

I have dealt with omc since the 90s..i really like their downtown location.. they have embrace the medium of the internet which extremely important and helpful..I have always admired their customer service and their expert knowlege..I have been climbing and backpacking for years and their philosophy and knowlege mirrors mine..
