Unfortunately the company was not currently stocking the item I wanted (a product a colleague had gotten from them once before), but the provided super fast customer support and guidance. Special shout out to Katie Dickens who was terrific in keeping me informed. Highly unusual these days!

EXCELLENT PRODUCT & FAST DELIVERY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS
The gloves I ordered arrived fast without any problems at all. Do not hesitate to buy items from Old South Trading as they are very reputable and go out of their way to keep you informed of all shipment details from start to finish. The gloves fit perfectly too and were one heck of a great price!

Great quality products and customer service
Great quality products, fast shipping, excellent customer service. i use the BYD N95 masks every day. Needed a new sharps container, they had the size i needed. Glad i found this vendor. Highly recommended.

12 expired packages of alcohol wipes
We ordered 12 packages of alcohol wipes. All of them came expired. There is a sticker that shows a 2025 expiration, but underneath that sticker is has stamped info with Lot number, production date and expiration date. According to that stamp the wipes were made in 2020 and expired 6/2022
