I ordered this item 2 times and it did not say it was out of stock. Representatives were nice on the phone.

Not positive...item arrived with a collectble item not packed properly and the box which house the item was crusjed and broken,,as avresult i am returning this item...quality control missed this one. For the amount of money this item should have arrived in oerfect condition inside and out. Would never order from the site again. Framces Stango

Ordering through the Oktoberfest Haus website was very easy and the products I ordered came quickly. Prices were very reasonable and the products I ordered worked well for the event I needed them for. No complaints.

Very pleased with the quality if the item. It actually looked better than in the picture. Delivery was very speedy. Overall extremely pleased.

The order was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The tracking number provided online was incorrect, but when I contacted customer service, they provided the proper tracking number. They have a very nice online customer service chat option.

I am pleased with the quality and craftsmanship, but it took quite a while to get it through standard shipping. The expedited shipping was too expensive. Anyway, if you've got some time, then Oktoberfest Haus is pretty good.
