I was pleased with the ease of web/online ordering. Checkout page was easy to navigate. Order was delivered in a very timely fashion and the product was as shown on the website, nothing shoddy about the merchandise. Very pleased with the overall experience.

The ordering process was simple. The product (Oktoberfest mugs) arrived quickly and were a huge hit. Would certainly order again.

I ordered four inexpensive steins. The website said there were enough in stock, but shortly after I placed the order, I got an email saying they were out of stock, my money was refunded, and I got a 10% discount code. So I picked a different, similarly priced, stein, and ordered four of them. The website said they had enough to fill the order, but again I got an email saying they were out of stock and my money was refunded. If I were cynical, I would say they lured me in with low prices for items they didn't actually have in order to get me to buy higher priced items. However, some pictures don't match the descriptions for some other items, so perhaps the website is just badly run. I would not shop here again.

Merchandise was even better quality than anticipated and meticulously packaged to prevent damage in shipment. So pleased, I ordered more for future events!

Product was at my door earlier than expected and when I contacted customer service via e-mail they responded quickly. Product was exactly what I expected.

Was having a hard time finding an item when this website came up. Great selection, good prices, fast shipping...no complaints!
