I purchased several items for us to use at the Madison Lions First Annual Oktoberfest on the Sound in Madison, CT. We the experience working with the website was excellent and the items were used to help adorn our Oktoberfest Lions.

Felt hat was as advertised. Has a great unique look but is a bit large in size, so it may come down over your ears if you have a small head. Price was very reasonable and shipping was fast.

We found a large selection of Oktoberfest decorations and purchased quite a few. My friends and I throw this party every year, so we will be back!

John, Thank you for your order. My name is Anna and I sincerely apologize you are unhappy with your order and the experience you had. I am here to do everything I can to assist you. I understand that you placed an order for our popular Wiesnkonig Original Oktoberfest Lederhosen in Dark Brown but did not receive the suspenders you were expecting. I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately the Original Oktoberfest Lederhosen do not come with suspenders. They are the most detailed and highest quality Leaderhosen we offer. I am so sorry that you were expecting suspenders and they don't come with this product. Unfortunately we do not have any suspenders sold separately, otherwise we would off that option. I have listed a few options that I would be more than happy to discuss with you. Option 1: If you would like you can go ahead and return the Lederhosen that you did purchase then place a new order for one of our Lederhosen that does have suspenders included. Option 2: We would be more than happy offer you a 10% refund of $25.00 If you are satisfied with one of these options, please feel free to contact us and we will go forward with the process of making this right. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service, so please don’t hesitate to contact me personally if you have any questions or concerns or if there is any other way that we can make this right. Sincerely, Anna Customer Care Assistant Manager
I would be happier if I actually got my product. I was planning on wearing them for two events in the next coming weeks. I paid additional for 5-7 business day delivery. It is really awesome that you sent it faster but I received no email saying it was shipped so did not know to look for the package. I was assuming it would arrive no sooner than 5 business days but that day came and I saw no package so I called. I find out that it was delivered 10 days earlier on a Saturday, a day I was not home. Now we have a FedEx claim and I am not sure if I am getting my products or not. Since I get please buy our stuff from you on a regular basis it would be nice if A) one got an email saying you order has been processed and B) an email when it is shipped and by whom it was shipped with. This way I can track it and know when it is going to arrive instead of having to log into your site and look at my past orders. Like I said I am going on the delivery assumption of the shipping that I pad for.

David, Thank you for your order. My name is Anna and I sincerely apologize you are unhappy with your order and the experience you had. I am here to do everything I can to assist you. I understand that you placed an order and never received it. Then one of our agents provided you incorrect information having you contact FedEx rather than us taking care of it and re-shipping your items. I sincerely apologize for all the hassle and inconvenience. The current status of your order is that Sydney has re-shipped your items and I have listed the tracking information in a personal e-mail. It does look like it was delivered on Friday, please let us know if you did not receive this package. I have also included in the personal e-mail, a coupon for you to use in the future. If there is anything else we can do to make this situation better, please feel free to contact us. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service, so please don’t hesitate to contact me personally if you have any questions or concerns or if there is any other way that we can make this right. Sincerely, Anna Customer Care Assistant Manager
