Offramp offered me a solution to move my funds to a new account and close the old one (which I cannot access anymore). I followed every step they asked for and sent all the documents, ID, photos, selfies, videos, proofs, everything. They confirmed my information, but months have passed and they still don’t release my funds or give me any real update. I have a family emergency and I urgently need access to my money. Their support stopped responding completely. I have all the evidence that they offered this solution and that I complied with every requirement. I need them to release my funds immediately.
