This company is probably the worst crypto x fiat platform I’ve ever used.. The support is abhorrent and not to mention they wanted me to submit PII over unencrypted channels which most likely violates several privacy related laws. You can’t even delete your account without showing them a photo of your ID. Would never recommend, stay away!

It's cool but the app need a lots of updates, no biometric support, every time it ask me to sign in again and the mail with the verification code never arrived, seriously it's awesome but experience needs to be fixed

Fantastic service and very reliable

I was paid on Monday and had to go through their so-called “wallet update.” The process was confusing, and after following their unclear instructions, my withdrawal failed. Support claimed I did it incorrectly, so I tried again exactly as they said — but now my money is stuck. It’s been three days with no response from support. Absolutely awful service and terrible communication. Avoid this platform if you value your time and money.
